Today we made it to lovely Blythe. The best we can do for breakfast tomorrow is Dennys, so that should give you an idea.
Today was a VERY long day. We had a steady nice ride out of Palm Springs and all its 100's of golf courses. So much so that the we had to share OUR bike lane with golf carts. Fortunatelly it seems that Monday mornings is not a very popular day for golfing.
The long road to nowhere...we spoted a desert turtle out here. No, that is not the turtle, that is a biker in case you were wondering. Unfortunatelly, the heat took the best of him and he ended up in the hospital with an I.V. to fix his dehydration. Just another normal day in the desert.
